Sending a Gift
Save time; ship your gift orders directly to their destinations! And don't worry about revealing how much (or how little!) you paid. For any order whose shipping address is different from its billing address, we will not display any pricing or shipping cost information on the packing slip. That way, you can decide for yourself whether to mention what a great deal you got!

Exchanging a Gift
If you purchased a gift at SmartBargains.com and would like to exchange it, please return the item you received, following the directions in our 30 Day Returns, and place a new order for the item you would like. Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend that you place your new order as soon as possible.

If you received a gift that was purchased at SmartBargains.com and wish to return or exchange it, please note that credit for the product will be issued to the original credit card used to purchase it. The original purchaser will need to place a new order in order to be charged for the gift.
