Shipping in Multiple Packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can get your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. One shipment may arrive as several different packages based on the size or when items are ready to be shipped. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped and how much remains to be shipped.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes! We offer 2-Day Express and Next Day Express shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. You may select either of these shipping options at Checkout, but please provide a street address for delivery. Express shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
No, but we are always striving to provide the best service possible to our customers. We are currently working on finding ways to ship our products to reach more locations.

Additional Shipping

SmartBargains.com strives to charge as little as possible for shipping. However, due to the incremental shipping costs created by each additional item, we include a nominal $1 handling charge for each additional item above two items in your order. Additional shipping charges also apply to oversized items.

SmartBargains.com will only include additional shipping charges when necessary to handle your delivery quickly and accurately.

Fragrance Shipping
Fragrance items can only be shipped via Standard. There are no expedited shipping options for fragrance items.

Combination Orders
Shipping charges are cumulative on combination orders. In other words, if your order includes general merchandise as well as oversized items, shipping will be calculated for each component of the order and totaled.

Fragrance items will always be shipped via Standard, separately from the rest of your order.

Most items are available to ship in 1 - 2 business days.

48 Contiguous United States:
Select Standard, Standard PLUS, 2-Day Express, or Next Day Express at Checkout.

Alaska and Hawaii:
Select 2-Day Express or Next Day Express at Checkout. Please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver express shipments to PO boxes.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
Select Standard Shipping at Checkout.

Multiple Addresses:
Please place a separate order for each shipping address you wish to use.

When to Expect Your Package

What "Ready to Ship" Means
Each item's page tells you when it will be "Ready to Ship," that is, how long it will take before it is packaged, labeled, and ready to leave our warehouse.

We start preparing your order as soon as we receive it so you can have it as soon as possible. In many cases, your order leaves our warehouse the same day you place it. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. The warehouse ships packages Monday through Friday.

Standard Shipping
Please allow 5-8 business days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive. Most orders arrive sooner.

Expedited Shipping
When you need it fast, we deliver. Choose from these three expedited shipping options at Checkout. Note: delivery time is measured from the date of shipment, not the date of order. See individual product pages to learn when your item will be ready to ship.

What Do the UPS Tracking Status Terms Mean?

Billing Information Received:
UPS has received the electronic transmission of package detail from SmartBargains.com. UPS has taken possession of the package, but the detailed tracking information is not yet available. More detailed information should be available within 48 hours.

Origin:
The package has been scanned at the origin UPS location.

Departure:
The package has left its present location and is on its way towards the destination address.

Arrival:
The package has arrived at an intermediate sort facility or the destination facility.

Out for Delivery:
The package has reached the facility that is responsible for delivering the package. This is a package's last stop before delivery.

Delivery:
The package has been delivered. The date and time of delivery is recorded.

Exception:
If the package cannot be delivered or is delayed, the reason is noted.
